The eighth-grade banquet is a time to reflect, pause and contemplate. This quote in the program says it all. "Take pride in how far you have come and have faith in how far you can go!" Many of these students have been together since Pre-K and now they are leaving the nest, that is St. Mary’s. At the banquet they celebrate each other, their academic successes, special awards, the fun times they’ve shared, read their will for the upcoming class, hear the prophecies for them from the upcoming class and then reality sets in, they receive alumni t-shirts. The class of 2019 became the newest class of alumni. For parents, whose eighth grader is the last to attend St. Mary’s the students gave their Mom a rose. There were a few of those. Remember you will always be part of the St. Mary’s family. Congratulations to the class of 2019. Here are some of the scholarships and honors that were handed out that evening.
