Students made sack lunches for the Holy Family ministry that passes out sack lunches to the homeless. Our parent led, Home and School Association purchased the needed food supplies. Our Middle School students made the sandwiches and our younger grade students added the other fixins’ for a well-balanced and delicious lunch. The best part was the beautifully decorated bags to make the recipients smile. When asked what the students thought of the fun, they said:
“I was glad I could help. It was fun.” Bennett, 5th grade
"It made me feel good because I like to help a lot of people. It’s an honor to help other people in need to give them what they need the most.” Addison, 3rd grade
