We will be having an Ice Cream Social to kick off the new school year, but there will be a few minor differences from years past due to school renovations. The Ice Cream Social will be held Monday, August 12th from 6:00-7:00 PM in the parish center. This will be strictly a social event to greet our friends and make new friends. Please do not bring school supplies. The start date for school has been delayed until Monday, August 19th. It will be a full day of school with a hot lunch and before and after school care will be available. This small adjustment will not impact the rest of the school calendar. School renovations are moving right along and soon we will be needing your help to move furniture and materials back from their summer homes to be ready for the schoolchildren. There will be many opportunities for double service hours, moving furniture, carrying boxes and setting up classrooms. An email blast will be sent out once the moving dates are firmed up.
