The Kindergartners celebrated the 100th day of school on Thursday, February 2, 2017. They were greeted with streamers in the hallway that had the number 100 all over them! We made a crown to wear and worked in our "Look What I Can Do in 100 Seconds!" Book. We colored in as many groundhogs as we could, cut out as many hearts as we could, wrote our names, our alphabet, and our numbers as high as we could in 100 seconds. We made 100 using tally marks, and counted by 2's, 5's, and 10's to 100. We made a necklace with 100 Froot Loops! It took a while to count, but we did it! We also shared our 100 things in a bottle collections and compared what 100 things look like. We wrote our numbers to 100 on a hundreds chart and then colored in the numbers Mrs. Lewis called out, and when we were finished it made the number 100! For more photos of our celebration click here.
