Scholarship and Tuition Awards

Scholarships and Tuition Awards are a real and financial testament to our students’ academic accomplishments. We are very proud of our students and their successes. Please let us know of your achievements in high school, college, your career and life. We’d love to add your name to this list.

 

Opportunities

St. Mary's School Alumni Scholarships - Starting in 2014, the St. Mary's Home & School Association started offering scholarships to alumni.  Currently there are 3 categories for the scholarships: 

(1) Alumni Attending Catholic High School (for Freshman Year) - $1,000

(2) Alumni Attending Catholic College/University (for Freshman Year) - $1,000

(3) Alumni Working for Service/Non-Profit Organization/Catholic School (any age) - $1,000

The the 2017-2018 scholarship application is now available here.  The deadline is April 20, 2017.  Selection and notification will happen in May 2017.  The High School scholarship winner will be announced at the 8th Grade Banquet on May 19, 2017.  Letters regarding the College/University and Service/Non-Profit scholarships will be mailed out by May 15, 2017.  Direct questions/comments/feedback to Alumni Scholarships Coordinator Janet Yale (jmyale10(at)gmail.com).

St Mary's Information

St. Mary's Catholic School is a Pre-Kindergarten through Eighth Grade School of the Archdiocese of Omaha. Our mission is to provide a Catholic education that nurtures students' hearts and minds to become servant leaders in an ever-changing world.

Our philosophy of education is to offer a five-day program to assist families in teaching those truths, skills, and ideals, which are necessary for Christian living. We believe that education must develop the faculties and abilities of the whole child: spiritually, intellectually, physically, and emotionally. To help achieve this, our faculty and staff are an integral part of the formation of Christian community and dedicate themselves to the task of developing Christian citizens.
